Many friends in US told me English is a very difficult language, sometime you just don’t know why it likes this.

I just find out that I did not pronounce “receipt” right for all my life and as the result I could not make the customer representative to understand I need a “receipt”.  He just repeated I could not understand your request, and I said “Re-sei-pt”, and nothing happened.  So I checked from internet and just found out I was wrong.
